Welcome to The Parkside! We hope you enjoy staying at our place. We have spent the past few months updating this townhouse and preparing to host. There are still a few minor details we are taking care of as the weather warms up- but nothing that should impact your enjoyment.  We enjoy the park and the proximity to downtown- it's a perfect balance. 

● There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in our home. 

 

● The fireplace does not work, so do not burn anything in it. 

 

● No parties.

 

● In the living room bookcase, the left side of the sofa, and each bedroom are USB outlets.  The bedside lights in the master also have built in wireless phone chargers.  

 

● There is a security camera that looks toward the back yard but please know we have disabled notifications and it is strictly for security purposes.

 

● Hot tub - take off cover and place on the blocks on fence side of hot tub. Hot tub get cleaned and looked after twice a week so the condition should be perfect. Please do not adjust the temp (set at 102 degrees) 
When leaving the hot tub, put cover back on and clip in to secure. 

 

● Fire pit - remove cover (includes bricks so cover doesn’t fly off) put in shed. Open cabinet and turn gas to on position. On the left side facing the pit is the igniter. Turn on and enjoy. Please do not put anything in fire (ie- s’mores) When finished, place cover back on (including bricks) 

 

● Shed - code is 1206. You have access to the following; bikes, pump, extra chairs, extra propane tank. All other items please leave be.
